Wittman Broadband Roundtable Glimmer of hope during broadband roundtable 4/25/2012 - Dianne Saison A broadband roundtable last week at Rappahannock Community College had all the early markings of déjà vu.  But instead, attendees left the event with a renewed sense of hope and purpose, mainly due to one company’s drive for universal high-speed Internet access across the region. Addressing a large crowd on April 20, including citizens and officials from the Northern Neck as well as the Middle Peninsula and beyond, U.S. Rep.
